His second venture is ‘Ruggedian’ an adventure sports company that aims to bring fun and energy into health and fitness by democratising sports activity for everyone. Ruggedian was born our of the philosophy that you don’t have to be an athlete to have all the fun that sports offers. Ruggedian organises Marathons, Obstacle Runs, Trail Race & other adventure sports events.

Rushabh’s recent venture is Agrahyah Technologies, a tech startup that builds apps, products, and content in Indian languages. Agrahyah builds AI-enabled Voice tech solutions and aawaz.com is the largest podcast network in Indian languages. Agrahyah Technologies is a leading partner with Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant in India.

Besides being a busy entrepreneur, Rushabh always finds time to give back. As the maxim goes, ‘to teach a man fishing’, Rushabh believes giving back knowledge is more important than merely distributing wealth. He has played a role in Google Business Group – Mumbai. He is Google Developers Expert for Cloud Technology & also Mentors start-ups at Google Launchpad Program. He’s a guest lecturer at academic institutions such as Mithibai and IIM Indore where he talks about the confluence of technology, content and human intelligence.
