An engineer by qualification, Ramya Rao comes with more than a decade of experience in working towards creating an impact in the learning landscape of an organization.

A former Television Anchor, she is also the co-founder of Kalaneca, started along with her twin sister and her mother which focuses on the powerful handwoven weaves created by artistic Indian weavers.

She is also trained in Indian Classical and Middle Eastern dance forms and believes in the power of expression and storytelling through her work, words, and weaves.

 

Am currently leading the new hire learning journey for Reliance and am also one of the lead facilitators for behavioral training across the organization.

Through L&D, I get an opportunity to focus on the people skills and managerial skills that help shape the company’s future leaders.
