K.R.Consultants is a proprietary concern run by Mr. Keshav S Rao who is by qualification an Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and has a Master’s degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Bombay with a specialization in Marketing & Systems. He has had over 21 years of corporate experience at various senior levels in multinational and Indian companies. He formed K.R.Consultants in February 1993.

K.R.Consultants offers consultancy in various fields such as Executive Search, Human Resources, Business Process Re-engineering, Quality Certification, Systems, Marketing, and Organization. We also advise small & medium companies on raising capital for new projects and have dealt with a number of Venture Capital companies and Financial Institutions in this connection.

Since 1997 we have branched out into the specific area of assisting clients in ISO 9000 certification. The first of such assignments were obtaining ISO 9001 approval for a large Engineering Consultant who specializes in providing detailed engineering for core sector projects like Cement, Steel, Power, etc. This company employed over 250 persons and had a turnover exceeding Rs.80 million. We were instrumental in developing the entire set of Systems and conducting three internal audits. The certification, through TUV, was completed in July 1997. Since then we have done similar assignments for various companies both in the service as well as the manufacturing sector in India & abroad.

The Proprietor has been Chairman of the Capacitor Panel of the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association (IEEMA) and has been on the Power sub-committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
