He is now part of core promoter group of Monjin, a disruptive digital HRTech platform which intends to revolutionize the talent acquisition and assessment space. He is Founder and Promoter of Monjin Corporation USA with core mandate for Inorganic Growth Globally.   

Prior to this entrepreneurship venture , he was part of IBM Risk Analytics Group managing large Platform rollouts for Credit and Market Risk. Before that, he worked with Bank of New York Mellon, Algorithmics, Wipro Technologies, UBS, JP Morgan Chase, TCS, National Stock Exchange  in various platform rollout, technology management and consulting roles. 

He earned a BE in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Pune, Master’s in Technology from IIT Mumbai and SAPM from Stanford University Palo Alto USA.
